Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective 18 April 2026
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
You may cancel any paid plan within 30 days of purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Simply email support@moneytrak.in with your order ID.
2. Refund timeline
- We initiate refund within 3 business days of your request.
- Amount reaches your account in 5–10 business days depending on your bank / payment method.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment instrument. For UPI, this means the same UPI ID.
3. After 30 days
After 30 days, paid plans are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may still cancel to prevent future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Cancellation & non-renewal
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@moneytrak.in.
- There is no auto-renewal. You must actively renew each year.
- If you choose not to renew, your paid features remain active until the end of the paid period.
- We send a renewal reminder by email 60 days after expiry. If payment isn't received within 90 days of expiry, your account and all encrypted data is permanently deleted on day 90 (we cannot recover it). Please export anything you need before then.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied only in cases of:
- Fraudulent use of the Service (multiple accounts, coupon abuse).
- Breach of Terms of Service.
